Services before wedding day
- Search accomodations/villa IN or NEAR Florence
- Logistic transfer from Florence to Paterno
- Catering and choice of wedding menu (tasting menu together)
- Selected menu tasting and wedding cake
- Search for all the suppliers necessary for the realization of the wedding (MUSIC, FLOWERS, PHOTOGRAPHER, VIDEOGRAPHER, LIGHTS SERVICE RENT, MAKEUP&HAIRDRESSER…)all you need….
TOTAL 1’000euros + VAT
My presence on the wedding day
- Coordination of the ceremony
- Coordination of the wedding day and suppliers chosen together at the venue
- Welcome the guests an arrival to the venue
- Manage the suppliers and timings until the wedding cake
- My presence the day before to do the trial of ceremony and to discuss all the details
TOTAL 1’500 euros + VAT
If you need of my presence for pizza party or other minor event in other days, 5o0€ would be added for each event in addition to the wedding
(Accomodation and meals are not included for my staff)
