“Tailor-made” location

First of all, we have created a theme that embodies the peculiarities of the ideal party for our client. This is how the “Vintage Loft Party” logo was created and then used for the invitations and for all the event settings. Obviously in the choice of location, we have taken care of this aspect and of another very important one: the capacity. In fact, the guests at the party were more than 100, so what we needed was a place that combined a vintage style with large and totally open spaces.

We had no doubts in favoring an interior design workshop that for special occasions turns into an ideal setting for exclusive and absolutely original events. Its refined furnishings and attention to every detail, recalls an atmosphere of the past, thanks to rare and strictly vintage pieces, all mixed with typical architecture of New York lofts. An excellent combination to ensure that retro touch required, but also modernity and freshness, features that have allowed us to not underestimate the young age of most guests.

Buffet dinner

The loft spaces have been expertly managed. On one hand, the welcome cocktail bar with soft drinks, so as to allow all guests to become familiar with the environment and feel at ease. On the other, the very rich buffet set up for dinner. The menu chosen for the occasion, based on tapas, hot dogs, hamburgers and various sauces to match with each dish was designed to enhance the dynamism of the party.

Another element not to underestimate for the perfect realization of the event was the right lighting. In this case we chose to use soft lighting for the entire duration of the dinner, so to create an intimate atmosphere despite the number of guests. The music, in this part of the evening, was designed to accompany lightly Roberto’s friends and relatives until the dessert. For this purpose, the selected music belonged to the lounge and chill-out genre.

Emotional and exclusive party

Arrived at the most solemn moment of the evening, the cutting of the cake, the curiosity of the guests about the dessert chosen, was satisfied directly by the pastry chef who created in front of them a wonderful millefeuille. This dessert, the favorite of Roberto, garnished with fresh fruit, has managed to meet the tastes of many guests thanks to its simple but delicious ingredients.

After the usual photos, we took care of showing a film that saw Roberto protagonist, thanks to the use of images that portrayed him in the most important and significant moments for him and his family, from the first days of life. A very exciting experience, not only for the boy but also for the guests who enjoyed the video in a sophisticated, but warm and comfortable, atmosphere.

Finally, the party continued in the name of fun as typical of a dance evening, with DJ sets and cocktail bar. The boys let go to an uncontrollable enthusiasm, with a touch of color given by glasses and fluorescent bracelets.

What can we say, we have beautiful memories of this fresh and dynamic party, with an unsanctioned setting, which has allowed us to live fully the characteristics required, all contained in the “Vintage Loft Party” logo.
