There is nothing more suggestive than spending precious time with friends and family celebrating the arrival of the new year. What better way if not enjoying a good glass of wine in front of a fireplace? Well, at Casale di Valle all this is possible and even more! The start of the festivities will be crackling. In fact, a welcome drink will and buddha bar in the beautiful and comfortable Sala del Camino (Fireplace Hall).

There is a rich assortment of sparkling wine, accompanied by a splendid buffet of cold cuts and cheeses, hot bread with delicious finger food based on vegetable mousse, pappa al pomodoro, black cabbage and ribollita. In short, the beginning of a journey to discover a traditional, genuine Tuscan cuisine. The aperitif will be enhanced by a jazz background music, to recreate a special combination of quality entertainment and exceptional flavors.

Together with the kitchen staff, we have studied a menu that fully expresses the identity of the location. Il Casale di Valle offers a breathtaking view of vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see, offering its guests the best cuisine that this region offers, based on typical high quality products. And it’s not over.

The wines that will accompany the whole evening are all produced on the territory surrounding the farmhouse and are among the best that our country has to offer. In fact, the best wines produced by the Cantine Leonardo da Vinci will be served directly from Enoteca Dalle Vigne, surrounded by the Vinci countryside. Your palate will celebrate with an explosion of flavors, from the entrée to dessert. The desserts are then a real gem of the Casale; of internal production, they are famous for their amazing and unique taste.

Cocktail bar and Dj set till late night

The moment of the traditional midnight toast will be illuminated by sparkles, made available to allow all guests to express their desire to have fun and welcome the new year with joy. But the real party will start right after having toasted.
