My presence on the wedding day
The service includes a visit to the venue some days before the wedding and the timetable will be shared with all vendors.
ON THE WEDDING DAY I WILL:
- Manage the simbolic or civil ceremony
- Coordinate the vendors chosen together
- Welcome the guests upon their arrival at the venue
- Manage the suppliers and all moments of the day until the cutting of the wedding cake
If you need my presence for a pizza party or other minor events on other days, 250€ + VAT would be added for each event in addition to the wedding !
