The aim of the event was not only to celebrate the birth of the company but also to present and launch an important new project developed by the company. The planning, therefore, took a lot of time and energy so that the evening could be played in a fluid, amusing way and that it could involve, for the duration of the event, the many people present.

Location scouting for corporate events

First of all we took care of finding the perfect location to organize such an event. The search for the ideal place to set up a party and, at the same time, the launch of a new company project was not easy. Thanks to our many years of collaboration with some of the most prestigious venues and historic residences of Tuscany, not long afterwards we thought of a place that was certainly capacious, but above all rich in charm to leave the over 200 guests open-mouthed. All this without neglecting the preparation of a special room equipped to guarantee the perfect presentation of the long-awaited new project. The choice fell on one of the most exclusive places with which WeWeddings collaborates, the Convento di Giaccherino.

Event planning

Located in an area away from the city but extremely easy to reach, the Convento is surrounded by nature and has very large spaces, both inside and outside. We were able to make the most of all its potential by setting up three different areas for the party and for the project. In this way the many guests were able to fully enjoy each phase of the evening, marveling after each entry into the various rooms. Developing our work plan in the days before the event, it was immediately clear to us what the right division of the spaces and the phases of the evening should be. For this reason, once we identified the Convento di Giaccherino as a place hosting our event, we had no doubts about where to create the right scenery for every moment of the evening.

Launch of a new project

Welcome cocktails and finger food welcomed guests in the beautiful and well-kept garden. On the sides of the splendid and ancient staircase that leads to the entrance, two long tables have been set up, with a vast selection of drinks and appetizers. The second phase of the evening was conceived and designed based on the launch of the new project for which the company has placed the utmost trust in our professionalism and efficiency so that there would not be any kind of hitch during the event. Guests were invited to attend the presentation in the wonderful Salone delle Feste, which can comfortably seat up to three hundred people. Furthermore, the classic and elegant setting of the room has given the entire scene of the event the right contrast between functionality, modernity and refinement.

Custom light design

During the meetings with the managers of the company before the event, it emerged how important it was to underline the fundamental values that shaped the spirit of Arbi and that allowed the resounding success that has been going on for many years now. So, together with the best light designers, we designed lighting that, thanks to plays of light, recreated the same movement as the waves of the sea both in the Salone delle Feste and in the Congress Hall. To give even more prominence to the spirit of the company, roll-ups were set up with the principles of ethics of the new project and historicity of such a prestigious brand.

Buffet gala dinner

Once the presentation conference for the new company project was completed, the evening continued with a very rich and elegant buffet dinner with show cooking, prepared in the minor cloister. Lots of corners set up for the occasion as well as the types of cuisine offered, from vegan to Asian to the typical one of the territory. The dark blue table linen was a clear reference to the shades of the seabed. The installation of numerous luminous spheres, reflecting the light on the crystal chandeliers scattered along with the buffet tables, made it, even more, the sensation of being immersed in the depths of the sea.

Party with music and dj

The music designed to accompany the entire event, saw the succession of jazz swing melodies, during the reception of the guests, and then continue during the dinner with a careful selection of melodies. The party then continued in the main cloister with an American and cocktail bar, and with DJ sets to create an atmosphere of celebration and sharing. At the end of the evening, we then realized how everything went the right way, succeeding in enhancing the spirit of such an important company. The risk in organizing corporate events, especially so considerable, is to make the atmosphere too serious, neglecting the most glamorous side of a party.
